Wellness walks 

Our mental health is so important, perhaps more than ever at the moment. We’re all needing to do what we can to keep our minds and bodies healthy - and the natural landscape in the Lakes is the perfect place to exercise both. 

 

The combination of nature and human connection is great for our mental wellbeing. So I’m now offering up places to come on my (monthly and free!) Wellness Walks. The aim of these walks is not just to exercise our physical health, but to provide a safe space to talk, listen and interact with other fellow walkers. There’s no pressure to talk about anything specific, but just to rock up and enjoy a hike with a like-minded group. 

Generally the walks will be approximately 3-4 hours long and there’ll be a max group size of 10.

All walks are in the mountain environment, and have a maximum of 400m of ascent.  An email will go out to you a week before the walk with all the details you'll need. 

 

If you cannot book onto a walk, it means it's full! Please email to be put on the reserve list (two places per walk).
