How are we inclusive?

Being inclusive starts with leadership. 

The leader's values, emotional intelligence and biases are a foundation of leadership.  

I am constantly educating myself on how to be more inclusive, by learning about different language and the meanings for different groups.  

How different groups require certain considerations and how every single person is different and has different needs.

Inclusion is not a one size fits all model, it's about adapting to the persons needs to allow them to gain the most from their experiences.
